2. What we collect

Details you provide in enquiry and booking forms — name, contact details and any health information you choose to share — plus limited technical data (see Cookies policy).

3. Why we process it

To respond to enquiries, arrange appointments and provide clinical care. Health data is processed under UK GDPR Article 9(2)(h) and our duty of confidentiality.

4. Who we share it with

Only those involved in your care: the hospital where you are seen, your GP (with agreement), your insurer, and secure IT providers under contract. We never sell data.

5. Retention

Clinical records are kept in line with NHS and Royal College retention guidance; enquiry data not leading to care is deleted after 12 months.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — and the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
